Keep your wealth in your family

Relationship breakdown and divorce can cause the wealth accumulated to be divided. If an ex-spouse re-marries, the wealth could end up in unrelated hands such as the new spouse or his/her children.

To keep wealth within the bloodline, i.e. your children and their children, it is important to plan. There are many ways to protect wealth and to prevent relationship breakdown from haemorrhaging wealth.

We have just launched a new course in Estate Planning: how to leave a lasting legacy for your family.

The course is a series of concise animated videos aimed at helping you to write a two page Estate Plan you can take to a lawyer directly, or via us, and have it drawn up. The course takes about 1 hour in total and will provide a deeper understanding of generational wealth transfer and powers to help you should you become ill.

By the end of the course, you will have some insights into ways to improve your generational wealth plan.
